I emailed the nationalityFMT team on the 19/11/2019 and received a response on the 22/11/2019 advising that I will receive an update via post within 21 working days.

I reckon it would have been faster as i received a letter from caseworker on the 14th of November dated 9th of November, asking me to submit proof that I have paid some money owed to HMRC in 2014. I sent the proof immediately as I did not owe HMRC any money. Got the approval less than 2 weeks after sending the proof.
