Hi there!
I am trying to get my Thai husband an EEA family permit and want to make sure I don’t miss anything.
I read that the necessary documents for EEA family permit are:
-valid passport
-evidence of the relationship (ex marriage certificate etc)
-the EEA family member’s Eu settlement scheme application number ( I do have pre-settled status in U.K.)
Now I would like to ask if this family permit is accepted, can he board the plane only with this? ( I mention we that we are planing to leave from Bangkok , and from what I know, if you don’t have a proper visa they won’t let you board the plane)
Also do they ask for a minimum financial requirements ? ( i want to mention that I am a Romanian citizen and I have been travelling in Asia for the past year so I won’t able to provide payslips )
If I miss something, or there is something I should know .. please comment below.
I would really appreciate your help!
