Pre settle application - paper based inside uk

Dear Members

This post is regarding pre settle status and necessary documentation for Non EU but spouse and father of British child.

I want to apply for pre settle status inside uk currently I have flrofp BRP card.

Are we allowed to travel outside uk, if we put application for Pre settle status.

Please advise necessary document checklist as we have lived in Germany.

Any advise would be highly appreciated, or anyone who has gone through same procesure
