Help with Refugee Dependents Biometrics

Hello Everyone
i have recently had my asylum allowed by the Judge after appealing the Home office's decision on my asylum claim for myself and my two dependents (Child and partner). HO has since posted Biometrics letters and have booked for only myself and child and have not and for my partner. i cant seem to get through to anyone on the HO inquiry line to help me with this. Is there anyone who know who to contact at the Home Office or which department for them to send a biometrics for my Partner. I have rang over 15 number and seem to be going round in circles.
