As suggested here, completed SET(O) for my spouse and child ILR. Life in UK and B1 English Test also cleared.
I have few questions while filling the application form as below.
- Does your degree meet the English language requirement for this visa? - I mentioned "No" as she has completed her PG in India.
Have you passed an approved English language test? - Yes, as she has passed B1. Hope these two together addresses English language related information.
Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018? - I did not quite get this question, I answered as "No". In total in the last 5 years we visited India couple of times for 4-5 weeks and 1 week Spain. Post 11 January 2018 one visit to India for 4 weeks and there are no other absences during this period.
While filling my child's application, I came across a question
Responsible adult for biometrics - I provided my details (I am not applying for ILR though, application gave two options, one is mine and the other is spouse who is applying for ILR, hope this is alright so that I can also be present there during the process)
Documentation related
- Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people? - We only have council tax bill on my and my spouse's name. Hence I have answered "no" for this question, or should I answer yes.
Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support? - Same as above, answered no. My wife is working and hence I need not support her financially, where to mention this information, there is no provision in the application to capture these details. Please guide me here.
Application also did not ask for details of absences from the country? when I was submitting my ILR I had to capture these details.
Application is not requesting for proof of funds maintenance either by me or my spouse or bank statements, I am a bit confused.
Application is not requesting documentation related to address proofs, marriage certificate etc. I am a bit confused here.. however they have asked my sponsor's license number so that they can review this application along with the details I have earlier submitted for my ILR. Hope this info provides them enough information to process my spouse and my daughter's application.
Please clarify briefly for each of these points.
Thanks in advance.

Yes, but make sure you do upload your B1 evidence.

It means whether the last visa application (possibly tier 2 dependent extension) was granted after that date.

It should be fine I guess as you need to sign on your kid's behalf if they are under certain age.

I think it needs to be yes as it's jointly held. This question is for both to provide consent I believe. Is this for cohabitation proof? If so, you need to provide more sources.

Who is paying council tax? If it's you, then you may need to say yes. I'm just guessing this based on logic, so wait for experienced members to clarify, if necessary.

Dependents absences from country is not necessary as far as I'm aware.

There's no financial requirements for ILR.

You need to provide cohabitation proofs for last 2 years addressed to you & spouse or individually to same address.
Please clarify briefly for each of these points.
Thanks in advance.
My advice is based on personal research/experience, so pls check relevant UKVI sources.

Team,
We have filled the ILR form just the title incorrectly. It has to be Mrs instead of Mr noticed this while uploading the documents. What is the best thing to do?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Siva
