No right to Appeal on Refusal (Tier 1 General Visa)

Post by ranjan » Wed Jul 30, 2008 11:16 pm

Hello All,
Can anyone tell me what are the ways I have to appeal for review of my Tier 1 (General) application review. My application was rejected on incorrectly, for which I want to make an appeal. But, my refusal letter says that since I have leave to remain in the UK on current work permit. I don't have right to appeal.

Pls suggest me what to do?

AFAIK, not everyne whose Tier 1 application is refused gets the right to appeal by default. Read How you can appeal if you are applying from inside the United Kingdom. So, if the letter states that you have no right to appeal, then I don't think you can do anything about it.

Moreover, please see my response to your other post to understand why an appeal / review will make no difference in your case.
