Tier2 delayed job start while in UK

Hi,
I am about to apply ILR in Feb2020, I have few concerns about the job started date

T2G Visa issued: 04-March-2015, valid till 15-April-2020(after extension)
Date of Travel: 09-March-2015
Date of job joined: 15-May-2015
Duration between travel and job join is 66 days

1. Will the gap in joining date would be problem?
2. Do I need to mention anywhere?
3. Can I eligible for ILR on 12-Feb-2020(travel date minus 28 days)?
