Children do not have 5 year residence requirement. They can get ILR when both parents are settled (I assume children are born outside the UK). You and your partner need to prove that you are cohabiting and also you are in a subsisting marriageBududa123 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 10:50 pmHi all, any help will be appreciated, am applying for ILR with my children and though we dnt have a full 5yrs continuous stay in Uk, I read somewhere in guidelines that children are not subject to absences, anybody has experienced this kind of situation before? And does my British partner need to be working and leaving in Uk before I apply?
