Hi

My wife came in to the UK on a spouse visa and due to expire soon in June

what are he next steps to do to extend the visa or apply for leave to remain
what forms i need to complete and what fees are involved

You will have to apply for an extension (Further Leave to Remain).

Fees and the link to the application form at the links below under "Apply in the UK". The application form and uploading supporting documents is done entirely online. Once the application is submitted, you will be able to book an appointment to go have biometrics taken.
