PERMISSION TO APPLY FROM THE COUNTRY YOU ARE IN

Post by mark2019 » Fri Jan 10, 2020 6:27 am

Hello

My Fiancé’s temporary resident visa has ran out in Mexico, she has got a letter from immigration dated 4th December 2019 stating it’s in the process of being renewed and has had it professionally translated and appostille stamped. We have also provided her expired temporary visa as evidence and showing the identity number that corresponds with the immigration letter. Is this acceptable under the section permission to be in the country you are applying from? Our VFS appointment is this Tuesday coming

Sorry for all the messages but now but the stress has finally got to me

Many Thanks in advance
