Tier 2 ICT Long Term - Out Of Country

Hi,

I am having a valid Tier-2 ICT Long Term Visa. I was in UK for 9 months and then I moved to India and stayed for 5 months. And now I got the opportunity with the new client requirement, with the updated COS, going to travel next week to UK again. Will I be granted entry into UK ?

Hi,

Internal company immigration is advising as a high risk on travel as I am out of UK beyond 5 months.
Is there any rule ?
