Preparing for ilr

Post by Babyqueen1 » Wed Jan 15, 2020 4:12 am

Good day to all the forum members
I will really appreciate if i can get help with my questions as i am preparing to apply for my ilr next month.
I was granted 3 years dlr on 14 feb 2014(judge asked home office to apply old rule because my application was made before the 2012 rule).
I applied for extension few days before expiry date in feb
2017 and was granted another 3 years in dec 2017 which will expire in dec 2020.
My question now is :
When is the earliest date I can apply for ILR?
What documents do I need to apply for ilr?
Will I be able to apply for super priority same day service?
Thanks in advance

When is the earliest date I can apply for ILR?
within 28 days of completing your 6 years under DLR (old rules)
What documents do I need to apply for ilr?
The online system tells you what you need to send
Will I be able to apply for super priority same day service?
If offered to you online

Online list is generic. Ignore it if your visa does not restrict you to access public funds
