Hello everyone i have applied to both my parents for a visitor visa UK.Yesterday i got an email saying a desicion has been concluded and ur passport will be despatched shortly. What does really mean they got or not the Visa is so frustrating. has anyone had similar expriecence? Thanks in advance

You never know until you get the passport in hand.

When they accept or refuse the visa, they use exactly the same wording. It's a normal process. Once you get the passports back, either you find a visa inside or a letter explaining why they refused.
