Tier 2 visa for existing employees

Hi ,
I'm currently working in a company in ICT T2 dependent category. Now my
employer would like to sponsor. My job is in new SOC list. Do they need to
conduct RLMT ? Can you please let me me know the procedure.

Do they need to do the process of new hire and conduct RLMT. My job code is 2136. As per new amendment my current role applies 2136.
