Immigration to UK with an EU (German) Spouse

Hello,

My wife is a German National and I am from Pakistan. Both of us are living and working in UAE for the last 3years. We are looking for advice on the steps to be taken to immigrate to UK within next couple of months.

Currently we do not have any job in UK but we would definately look for one as soon as we know the process. We are thinking of staying in UK for 2-3 years before we move somewhere else.

We would like to know if her being an EU citizen would make it any easier for us to move together to UK?

You should apply for an EEA Family Permit at your local British Consulate as soon as possible (using form VAF5). It should be issued reasonably quickly, but processing times vary a lot. Things are slightly easier if you have a valid visa to a European country, but it is no requirement. You will need to show sufficient funds though, and the chance of finding a job.
