Hello, my wife will submit her paper application for pre-settled status in the next week. However, we expect to move house at the end of February/start of March, to a different town and different council.
How do we organise that if necessary, any further paperwork is returned to our new address if we have moved before a decision is made?
Is it as simple as calling up and they're able to change addresses over the phone? I'm unsure of whether they can deal with application specific info over the phone?
