Online form as a wife of British Citizen

Hi

I have a question that cannot find the answer anywhere. I am applying now, my husbend had Naturalisation a year ago, my son as well.
Now my son is over 18 years old (and 4 months). Do I still add him as dependant? he lives with us and goes to a college.
