what does that indicates they want to go to Judicial review ?

my solicitor said that wait till Monday and start preparing for Judicial review

Hi shehzad just wait they will reply you next week definitely. Im waiting too as they reconsidering my case and decision making center asked me few questions to answer, now nearly three weeks passed but no reply. Hope you will your aproval soon. Also pray for me tooo.

No one can tell you when to expect this. The holidays may affect this. So be patient

Hello everyone. After long battle 15 months i got my passport with stamped visa 50k outside uk. Visa is for 3 years and 4 months which is supose to be for 2 years.
I have extended my visa from pakistan on medical reason and home office refused me in wrong category and took 15 month to prove that i am not belongs to that 245dd. They refused me under 245dd which wasnt correct as 245dd comes inside uk and 245db for entry clearance. So finaly got my aproval under 245db extension.
In last one request to all who want to apply outside uk, never extend your visa from out side country as it cost you fortune and the result will be still 50 50.
