Naturalisation application question after submission

I have one question as I applied for citizenship 7the of January 2020. My documents scanned on 14th January 2020..I need to ask that as the HO send me a email.on 7the jan with my case I'd my timeline started with that date or with 14th January? Please ans me..

Your start date of application timeline is the day you submitted & paid online, i.e. 7 January - not the date of document upload or biometrics appointment.
