Maintanance Proof

Post by kiladik » Mon Aug 04, 2008 1:17 pm

Hi,

My father received Rs. 2,00,000 after he has given a land for lease. He is having the lease agreement but in regional language.

I have taken Rs. 1,00,000 from my father for maintainance fund.

1)What are the documents required for for maintanance fund proof in this case.

2) Do I need to get my fathers Bank statements also or only a gift deed is enough.

3)Also do I need to get the lease document translated to english.
The original agreement have the signatures of the party who have taken the land for lease. Do we need to get the signatures again on the english translated document again.

Best Regards
KK

Maintainance Proof

Rajesh,

Thanks for the immediate reply.

So when submitting the letter from my father (an affidavit) dont they ask for my fathers source of income.

If source of income is required then my fathers bank statement and lease documents should be submitted(that to transalted to english).

Best Regards
KK

No need of your father's source of income. A letter written on A4 and signed by your father, his contact details should be included to allow verification.
