Unmarried partner 10 years route

Hi I am only new. Please can some give documents checklist for unmarried partner 10 years route. Thanks. We meet all requirements. My partner is earning over £18.600, I have a masters degree from UK, we have lived together for over 2 years. The only reason this route is because my previous visa has expired 3 months ago.
