No you don't have to . It's just it will be straightforward if EU sponsor apply first and approved.

You may have to send passport
you may not have to

home office will ask you if you have to. I applied online and my passport was verified in application centre so it's with me

They told me i've get divorced first but it's not correct ..

I got an answer from resolution for my question,
To be eligible to apply for the EU Settlement Scheme as an extended family member of an EU citizen you must be dependent on your EU sponsor and hold a relevant document to prove your relationship, namely a residence card as the extended family member of an EEA national.

If you have not previously?been issued with a permanent residence document?when you apply for the scheme you will be required to provide evidence?which satisfies the caseworker that your relationship continues to subsist (or did so for the period of residence relied upon).

1
What that means "you must be dependent on your EU sponsor" ?
Do they need again bank statement that money transfered to my account from sponsor?

2.i have relationship certificates and residence cards sticker on passport (myself husband and son. ) is it enough?

3. satisfies the caseworker that your relationship continues to subsist (or did so for the period of residence relied upon).
How do I satisfy?
Please advice me
Many thanks "

Can't your sponsor sort it out for you? You depend on him, don't you?

It is not okay to apply without your sponsor.

1.
Dependent proof : RC issued date to EU settlement application date. This is example you may need to show more documents

financial evidence of dependency, such as:
o bank statements
o money transfers between the EEA national and the extended family member
• evidence of membership of EEA national’s household, such as:
o utility bills
o tenancy or mortgage agreement That you still live together

2. You don’t have automatic right of residence so RC was issued for pervious application. You need to continue satisfy all the requirements again
UK Student Visa : 04/2004 - 09/2009
EEA Residence Card : 07/2010 - 7/2015
EU Settled Status: Confirmed on 16th July 2019
Naturalisation : Confirmed on 02nd Oct 2020
Passport Approval : 21st Feb 2021
