Spouse Visa- Refused no TB certificate

I applied for my husbands Visa from Morocco on 25th December with Bio on 8th January on 27th January we received refusal as home office claimed we never included a valid TB certificate however I know we did.
I tried to email complaints saying I know I included this and emailing other home office emails but got told I don't have a valid complaint and I was just upset as they refused. We met all other requirements and I know we did this because my husband took his test 9th December.
We got told we could appeal so I appealed the same day. How long could this take?
Is there anything else I can do?

Yes, send the TB certificate again to the ECM and ask them to reconsider and lapse the appeal.
