Does anyone know how long aprox does it take this application? I mean, how long aprox to hear back once you send the printed format?

Im mexican and my husband is French...
he is not interested on becoming a UK citizen so he will apply for the settlement status this year..
Myself I want to become a UK citizen, we have been here for more than 7 years

Is permanent residence document the same as permanent residence card?

so far I understand the permanent residence status was automatically given to me because I have lived in uk for more than 5 years and Im married to a European.
