Biometrics appointment for first Spouse Visa

Good afternoon,

I just applied for my spouse visa and after I paid for the IHS the next page said something about the following charge (for the visa) covering the biometrics visit. I could have misread, or misunderstood, but when I went to book the appointment it's saying it's £110 for a standard visit. Will I have to pay this or is it indeed covered or did I misunderstand the previous page?
