Hi all,
I'm a South Korea National (31/F), who are in a relationship and have been living with a British partner (32/M). We started to live from November 2017, so it has been over 2 years already. We both lived in Korea, where we met, by February 2018, then moved to the UK.
Our cohabitation history is as below:
Nov 2017 - Feb 2018: He moved in to my flat
Feb 2018 - Jul 2018: We stayed with his family in Essex. I first came to the UK on a tourist visa, went back to Korea in the mid of April 2018 for visa application, then stayed at his family's place again when I came back to the UK on a tier 5 visa until we rented a house ourselves.
Jul 2018 - current: We have been joint-rented a place and living together
The tricky part is Immigration Details and History including country details (where I lived outside the UK) and the date that I entered the UK. So my questions are in capitals below:
1.Immigration Details;
Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth? Yes
- Country you lived in: Korea, South (Republic of Korea)
- Date you lived there from: my birthday
- Date you lived there to: IS THIS DATE WHEN I ENTERED THE UK ON A TOURIST VISA (FEB 2018) OR TIER 5 VISA (MAY 2018)?
- Reason you lived there: I was born and grew up in South Korea
2. Immigration History;
When did you enter the UK? : IS THIS DATE WHEN I ENTERED THE UK ON A TOURIST VISA (FEB 2018) OR TIER 5 VISA (MAY 2018)?
3. Could you and your partner live together outside the UK if necessary? SHALL I ANSWER 'NO'?
Your advice and experience would be much appreciated!
