hi there.i'm sure someone would be able to answer mr quiry.i am british as is my daughter but my wife isn't.she's here in the uk on spouse visa and has no recourse to public funds.i work part time so if i were to claim housing benefit for me and my dauhter would that have any adverse effect in my wife getting ILR.IWILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL FOR THE ANSWER.
