How do I switch from Pre-Settled to Settled Status?

Is there a specific page on the Home Office website to apply from or do I have to submit a completely new application in order to switch from pre-settled to settled status?

You have to submit a new application, in the exact same way you applied the first time for Pre-Settled Status. Either your NINO information will suffice or you'll have the opportunity to upload more evidence to show you are now eligible for Settled status. But the application is the same. there is no "switch" alternative.
