EAA Family Permit for a parent of a child EEA Citizen - Processing time

Hi Immigration Boards,

I applied for an EEA Family permit under the EUSS scheme, my son who is 17 years has pre settled status living and studing in UK for the last 1 year. My son is financially and emotionally dependent on me

I applied from outside the UK from Islamabad, Pakistan and my timeline is as below

26/09/2019 Application Submitted
03/10/2019 Biometric Submitted
09/10/2019 Acknowledgement of Application email
15/10/2019 Application not straight forward email
05/12/2019 First Escalation Request Via Phone
21/01/2020 Second Escalation Request Via Email

It has been 98 days working days, I am unable to understand how long more I have to wait, I am in the 6 month of the decision.

Please advise on the timeline of such particular case
