I had a residence card on behalf of my wife at that time and after 4 years (2016) we got divorced. During the divorce process immigration revoced my visa and I've been backwards and fowards to courts to prove that the marriage was genuine. Finally, after almost 4 years in October 2019 I won the case against the home office and I've applied for the rentained leave to remain. Today I just received the refusal and the reason is that I can't prove that my ex wife was exercising the treaty rights. She is working and at the time of the divorce she was getting the maternity pay but I have no way to get a proof for that as she is long time gone now and when I contacted her on the phone she refuses to talk to me. Someone that appealed and won the case? After four years is getting a little bit tedious
