Hi,
Please can somebody give me advise what happened after I recieved letter today saying- This is to acknowledge receipt on 19/2/2020 of an application for permission to appeal to the upper tribunal.
You will be informed of the result in writing.
what is that meaning.

Which bit if that is not clear? You wait until they write to you and give you more information, for now they are acknowledging your appeal application and considering their formal response.

Thank you So much for your respond Tho.

My hearing was on 15th of January.

I just received a letter from Fist tier tribunal but there was a no decision.

To the Appeallant and Respondent

NOTICE OF RECEIPT

This is acknowledge receipt on 19 February 2020 of an application for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal.


You will be informed of the result in writing.

Do you know when they will send decision?

Normally it states that it is within 15 weeks. You should have something which says that, but if not all you can do is wait. You won't be the first person here is wondering when they might be told something or what they should do next.

The answer is do nothing until you hear. Do not bother to try to find anything out, since no one will tell you on their help lines and it just costs.

I had the decision today. Actually it came out about a month ago.But I have learnt it today. It dismissed.
I have been living in the uk For 18 years. Do I need to apply for upper tribunal if yes, what is the chance of winning as private life route?

When you say case dismissed, do you mean you lost your appeal and now want to take it to a higher court to see if you can have the decision overturned?
