Calculating 12 months period for Naturalisation

Hi Everyone
I got my ILR on 5 March 2019 (the date shown on my BRP) through Tier 2. To complete 12 months period after ILR do I have to wait to the end of March 2020? Or Can I apply after 5 March 2020 say on 6th of 7th of March 2020? Thank you in advance for your advice.

You can apply from 5th March, but I will advise you to apply any time from 6th March 2020
