EU Settlement Scheme Family Permit Enquiry

Hello, I am a Non-EEA Spouse of an EU Citizen and I would like to bring my parents to the UK. Is the EU Settlement Scheme Family Permit easier than the EEA Family Permit? Does it require me to show them dependency proof or payslips? Can anyone who made a successful application explain all steps with all documents they provided?

Thank you, I have already checked government sites about the information; I was wondering if anyone could tell me about their successful EU Settlement Scheme Family Permit for parent or in laws experience, the documents they provided along with the steps.
