PLEASE GUIDE ME- TB TEST- UAE

Hello all, I am applying for tier 2 general visa - sponsored From UAE (Dubai). I got my UAE resident visa 1month back, and am living in Dubai since a month. I was in UK for 4.5 months before that on a visiting visa. I have been in India before that. So I am confused if I need a TB TEST when I apply for UK visa from Dubai because I have been here only for a month. If yes, from where can I do a test because this country is not in the list , hence no UK immigrarion certified TB clinic.
Kindly please guide me on this..

You need TB test as you had been in India within last one year. Please find nearest country and get it. Or from India.

Can I get it from somewhere in UAE ? Is it necessary to travel outside the country ?
