Tier 2 dependent processing - Maintenance

Hi,

I am in Tier 2 ITC working in UK with my kid as dependent. My wife has moved to a new Tier 2 General Visa previous year March 2019 and I am in process of changing mine and my kids Visa as dependent visa. In the application form there is a question about Maintenance provided in the COS. My wife's COS had mentioned that the dependents will be covered in the Maintenance section, but the COS has now expired.

My question , do I put "Yes" against the question Has Mrs xxxxx's sponsor agreed to certify your maintenance?

Appreciate if someone can help ?
