Hi all,
Was hoping if someone can assist me with some queries I have regarding spouse visa please.
My wife lives in Morocco and we're planning to start preparing for the spouse visa application.
I have an initial document checklist I wanted to get some opinions on please, plus some general questions.
Some general questions first please:
- What forms need to be filled in?
- Is it the applicant's responsibility to submit the application in the country she's applying from? Or can the sponsor do the whole submission from the UK?
- Are there any specific requirements when applying from Morocco?
Initial document checklist:
A. Applicant
-Letter of introduction
-Passport
-2x passport sized photos
-Printed online Visa4UK application (does it need printing or is all online submission?)
-Appendix 2 form (category A)
-Bio-metric information
-English test results
-Proposed flight itinerary
B. Sponsor

-Sponsorship declaration
-Passport photocopy

D. Accommodation
-Letter from property owner approving that me and my spouse can live in the property

F. Relationship

-Air tickets of subsequent travels before and after getting married
-Photocopies of passport pages with travel stamps on them

Is there anything specific I am missing?
Thanks
