Hi again,
After reading a huge number of topics with the info about EU on this site, I am confused again.
I am married to EU member (July 2004) and have a remain to leave until Jan 2010. The q is what is the right time to apply for PR, using form EEA4? DO I need to take a test life in the UK before applying? What are the 2006 changes to EU immigration?

Also I would like my mother come to the UK, I believe she will be qualified as extended family. DO we need to apply for her EU permit from the UK or we can apply from outside of the UK, please note this is going to be her first visa to the UK.
