Help regarding-Home office ref' no in Application form

Help regarding-Home office ref' no in Application form

Please help me on below guys:

Am applying tier-1 with in UK. i.e WP-> tier1

In the application form page-4, there is box to be filled for Home office reference number(s)

and again in page-8 there are 2 boxes for Home office reference number(s)

I really don't know what to fill there. please could some one help on this.

Also again in page 14- there is a section for immigration details, which has entry visa reference number. there I have wrote, red colour number in visa....

please suggest my dear friends
