Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General Dependent

Hi Sir/Madam,

Could you please clarify the below.

Currently i have Tier2 ICT visa (it is about to expire in the next month) and my wife is having Tier2 General visa , we both are working in UK- Isle Of Man.

Now iam planning to apply as dependent on my wife i.e. Tier 2 General dependent. Do i need to apply from UK-Isle of Man or i have to go to India and apply for this visa?
