EEA family member visa.

Hi,
I’d like to know about a situation that I’m facing. Basically i’m a Bangladeshi by born but I’m living in uk with Italian citizen sins 2017. I made a visa application for my parents to join me in UK from Bangladesh. In first step they refused with appeal right and judge withdrew the decision. After that they took my parents passport for visa purposes but now is more then 4 month passed but we didn’t get any notice about that’ we tried to communicate Bangladesh visa office but they couldn’t help us. An my lawyer sent email and letter but we didn’t get any notice. Is there any one can help me by giving some information or any other way? Thank you in advance
