Hi can any body please help me


I was given toiec in 2012 and 2015 went back to home country to apply a spouse visa I had successfully granted 33 month visa till 2018
July it was granted on 5 year route
Then I was applied next extension on 2018 home office refuse my extension due to toiec then I was been to first tier tribunal but they allowed me appeal on human right base and they curtail my 5 year route and put me on 10 year route

Then my solicter advise me I should have to chalange the home office again on upeer tribunal

Luckily the upper tribunal allowed me appeal and remove The deception Of toiec

Please help me in 2020 September I am eligible for ilr on 5 year route but they where put me on 10 year route due toiec but now toiec desertion has bean cleared so can I apply ilr in September 2020 or I have to wait until 10 year finsh please help

Dear Versudev,

I advise you not to challenge the decision just withdraw your appeal from upper tribunal you should be happy you have visa now you can work its not a problem. dont spend your money.

How did you book your test?


I paid around 150-160 for both tests can’t fully remember.
I did mine both at south quay college where was yours.
I think I am prepared but just nervous.

i had my TOEIC speaking at "South Quay college". it was in 2012. i forgot the actual location between White chapel or Algate. if someone can help me where was the exact location ?

i hope you are all well and safe,
I am expecting receive hearing date soon for Toeic in FTT. i took my exam in sep 2013 in South Quay College, I remember all the questions and nitty gritty about the test but unfortunately i am little hazy on fee and address of the college.
As i recall i paid either £150 or £180 for all components, but i need someone's reaffirmation on that because its been more than 7 years. Plus i want the address of South Quay College bcs the current college was established in 2018.
