Not getting Tier2 sponsorship licence after 14 weeks

Hi Everyone,

My employer from the UK submitted Tier 2 licence application on second week of December 2019 after RMLT. But, licence didn't get approved after 14 weeks of waiting. After inquiring in Home office, employer says status is showing "Review Pending". Could anyone please tell me how long does it take to get the licence from "Review pending" state and what are the chances of getting it ?
