ILR - Payslips/P60

Post by HMRB » Tue Aug 12, 2008 9:52 am

Hi Everyone! New to this forum so excuse my ignorance if any.
I am on a work permit with my company and everything is hunky dory. Soon I will be eligible to apply for ILR. My question is do I have to show them P60 and payslips for all the 5 years? or will the last 3 months or so suffice? I checked the Set(O) form on the HO website and it does not specify anything.
Any help or link to a website etc.. would be highly appreciated.

No one answered but I have found the answer to this on another post. Incase any one needs to know.. we DO need to show them 5 years of payslips and P60's and bank statements to show our economic activity.
If anyone knows anything else abt this then do let me know!

What is the difference between a Tier 1 (General Migrant) and a work permit holder? Because a Tier 1 (General Migrant) needs to show economic activity for the last 5 years but a work permit holder doesn't??!!! I am so confused with this... please someone reply!
