Regarding WP - Clarification requires urgently!!!!!!!!!!!

My friend was deputed to onsite on WP from an INDIAN employer, this WP is valid till sep 08. In the mean time in JAN 08 a UK based Company assured to sponsor a new WP & issued an application

"Application for an immigration employment document - CHANGE OF EMPLOYMENT" which was valid for 6 month", so it got expired in July 08.

(unfortunately he can't work with UK based company bescause of not happy with the company Policies)

Now my Question is , while renewing the the WP (thro INDIAN employer), whether they come to know that he has applied (or Sponsored) with application/WP by any new employer
