Got an email saying my application is not complete

Hi

Am new here. I confused got an email today saying my application has not been completed with the Eu settlement scheme Saying i need to complete my application before 04.05.2020 failure to do so might get my application deleted online. But the fact is have completed my application did my bio metric got Coa . my question why do they ask me to completed application online have already submitted waiting for decision. Am thinking most have been an error if am wrong someone please help out . I tried to call them they not taking no calls for now.

Hi everyone

Am new with this i did got an email saying i need to complete my application online after i have submitted my application did bio metric, got COA and waiting for decision . Am not sure if this is an error email as have tried to call them apparently they re not answering phone. Some please help as am confused with the email do not really understand it.
