Seeking a legal advise

Post by Tarek1991 » Sat May 02, 2020 7:04 pm

Hi there
I'm a non EU citizen and a family member of an EU citizen, I came to the UK 2013, I overstayed my visa until 2017 When I have received my biometric card as a husband of an eu citizen, and it's will expired on 2022, 8 months ago my child was born in The UK,
And my wife ( eu citizen) was off work for almost 19 month until now, she will be eligible for settle status next month as she will reach 5 years coutinues living in the UK, as myself I will be entitled to settle status by the expiry date of my BC
As I have been granted pre settled last year
My question is, the fact my wife she hasn't work nearly 2 years and I want to apply to settle when my time is up would it be any problem to have the settle status? and FYI during all this year I'm a full time worker
And I would like any advise giving regarding the best way to get my settle status
Thanks in advance.
