Inconsistent payment pattern

Post by priya_bhosale » Sat Aug 16, 2008 4:17 pm

Hello,

I am an extension applicant. In addition to my UK earnings, I wish to show my earnings from India, earned from an Indian company working for them here in the UK.

I have been working for the company since May 2008 and I wish to show my earnings from May 2008 to Nov 2008. Now the only problem is that initially my salary for the first 3 months (May, June and July) was given to me and credited into my account in August due to some taxation issues not resolved in time.

From september onwards I will be paid monthly on a specific date each month.

Would this cause any problem at all? Or do I need to provide the explanation as to why this has been the case?

Please advise.

Thanks and regards,
Priya

Yes, 'coz the net payout on your payslips for months May, June and July will have no corroborating bank credits!

I would suggest that you get your employer to issue you a letter which clearly states the salary payouts for the 3 months and when they were credited in your bank account.

In addition to this, you must also explain the situation in your application (cover letter) so that the CW clearly understands the circumstances.
