fill form myself or get a lawyer

Post by JESSIES » Mon Aug 18, 2008 8:19 pm

I've read through the guidelines so many time I feel quite confident (knock on wood) that I can apply for Tier 1 myself. Theorectically, I qualify and have all the documents required.

However, after a series of most fortunate events, I've finally happily resigned.......without applying for the tier 1 visa first.

My question is should I just go ahead and apply myself or should I get a lawyer to do it so I have more piece of mine as I am currently on a work permit and have a 28 day grace period from my last day of work.

there is no need for the lawyer. whz would u want to waste money if ur case is straight forward and u r confident about it. u r correct about the 28days thing.

Regards :)
