Can i work with a schengen visa?

i want to work in europe in general, can i work using schengen visa OR can a country like italy or france let me work with a simple visa without rules like (UK, USA, AU, CA) do??

No.

You need a work permit from a company from the country in question. There is a Schengen Business visa but that's not really a work permit, but it's always a grey area for me!
