Refund for super priority service

Dear All,
I have applied for super priority service and enrolled my biometrics on June 1st 2020, I got the decision on June 9th 2020 this means that the decision was not made by 24 hours as I originally paid for. Do you think I'm entitled for a refund in this case? Did anyone ever get a refund from HO what is the process and how can I submit a refund claim?
